Edgewater Inn - St. Augustine

Repeat customer, love the location, views, and hospitality — so glad Sue was there! Love the special touch of evening social and breakfast casserole in the mornings. It was quiet since it was late Sept so off season and that was actually great! Sitting by the water on the deck or from the breakfast and social hour room to watch the sunset can’t be beat! Sue is such a delight and gave good recommendations to fit our trip - we plan to make it a regular visit at the Edgewater Inn, God willing! Beach is a close by drive, can walk across the bridge to Old Town without having to deal with parking—location is quaint and perfect!

I love the view and ambience waterside so much I got eaten by no-see-ums after dusk/night. Seems like there are more people coming by to fish nearby and making noise outside when I’m trying to enjoy my views.

Being on the water was neat

The room smells like urine really bad and the bed was so uncomfortable and it dipped down on the one side so it was so uncomfortable the air conditioner was so loud and made a god awful sound all night long and the room has no curtains so it stays light in room all night long

Standard type motel room. It was okay for a one night stay. The picture is taken from the window of the breakfast room.

An old-fashioned AC was too noisy to keep it on during the night but too hot to sleep without it. We got a room without the view of river like most of the rooms have so that wasn't cool. We hope that we paid less for the room without a view, but we don't know. There was a breakfast, but don't count on it because it's nothing.
