Price gouging. $400 for a $90 room just because the Packers are playing.

Could not check in until well after 3:00 check-in so had to get ready for a wedding in the restroom. Had requested and was approved for a 2:00 check-in days before to prepare for a 4:00 wedding. Not only could I not check-in at 2, they were not prepared to check me in at normal 3:00 check-in time. Asked for a discount or some type of refund and since I booked through a "third party" there was nothing they could offer.

Clean and spacious room. Waterpark great for the kids. The breakfast is simple but good.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety. Good location. Trading in used Towels for Refreshed ones, was very easy.
The shower curtain in our room was not Long enough to prevent water from dripping onto the Floor.
We were in Room #165.

The pool area was nice, and the rooms were nice as well.
The noise of kids slamming doors and running up and down the hall late at night and early in the morning.

I like the size of the room and the fact that they have really good breakfast and exceptional staff
The people upstairs from us were extremely loud banging and stomping on the floor all night

Forced to beg for amenities that were supposedly included. Many, many excuses that were not my problem!

at times the hotel smelled like weed but that could be more from people staying there than the hotel.

Very friendly staff and Clean rooms. Only a few minutes away from shopping. There are all types of restaurants around. Our little one loved the pool area!! Water slide, walkin water feature with slides and more.

The pillows weren't very comfortable nor the bed.

Clean, comfortable but needs some TLC...looking a little frayed around the edges.
Noise from room above...sounded like a group of kids bouncing on the furniture and running back and forth.

Better communication when the fire alarm went off at 3am. Elevator wasn't working when we needed to check out

the water park
McKenzie that worked the front desk was very rude! after traveling hours with kids, we went to check in to only have her be extremely rude when I asked a question. she then later mocked me (after walking away from checking us in) when I told her that her attitude was unacceptable. she thought it would be “cute” to make rude gestures and use her rude tone to her friend thinking I was not in the hallway when she did so. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. they also did not have a fitness center.
despite all that, the breakfast attendants, the pool lady and the other staff that were there the next morning were nice. McKenzie ruined it for us and we will NEVER be back!
