The Internet was the saving grace, as it worked to perfection. I am a gamer, and often spend my downtime gaming on the internet, and free wi-fi often lags or drops many times, during a session, this did not. So this fact, that I was busy enjoying myself, made everything else seem trivial, to me.

Well, where to start, hmmm. I have stayed in this very hotel on another occasion, and had a poor stay, but now know the difference between the deluxe studio and the regular studio. The bed was like somebody, had removed a fold out couch bed, and had it stand on its own, as if you sat near the end of it, it would rise up, like a teeter totter. Everything else, was ok but just a smaller cheaper, more used version of the deluxe studio I stayed in previous. Also the person at the front desk had too many things going at the same time.

Grab n go breakfast had oatmeal, granola bars and coffe

My room was in poor shape! Rm 202 entry door barely latched! The bathroom door would lock you in from inside if you closed the door and if no one else was in the room you would be trapped! Closet shelf was broken! One of our washcloths had a dead bug inside of it! If we weren't staying but one night we probably would have left.

The noise from other tenants was horrible all night long kid running and playing in the hallway shooting water guns very disrespectful my husband couldn't even sleep good because he had to be at work at 5:00 a.m. and the noise was just awful I'm sick and disabled and it was horrible the smell from the rugs in that place is unbearable my sinuses kept on acting up my daughter was coughing and her allergies were acting up it wasn't clean when we moved in there they don't come and clean as they say once a week but they don't it's just awful horrible stay I never stay there again and I won't recommend it to anyone

The only thing that I liked was the location

The breakfast was a joke, it was instant oatmeal packets, and small packaged muffins, and coffee. The were many many instances of guests, yelling in the hallways, and tbh I felt unsafe, as a group of about 20 young adults were fighting in the parking lot, that came inside. Nobody called any authorities, and basically just let it play out, over about 30 minutes. The room was well used, as the towel rack fell off the wall 5 minutes after we arrived. It is what it is, I guess just a place to sleep, and shower, while doing something in the area. I will probably not stay here again, although it is was cheap enough.

The security, and the breakfast as previously stated left much to be desired.

The front office staff was not accommodating at all

It was very convenient that, dishes were available at the front desk. (First come first serve) because you forget that just because they have a kitchen available doesn't mean there's dishes.

My first impression of the staff was not good at all. The gentleman who worked the first night we checked in was very short as if we were bothering him. The more we needed his assistance the more rude he became as the night went on. I advised the assistant manager he did not need to be in customer service.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They were informative about your stay.

It was only to go breakfast. Did not like that it was just hot oatmeal? Do not like the breakfast bars. The bed was lumpy. The sink had food in it when we arrived. No extra towels. The towels we used had to be turned in between 10-2 and would be returned to us. Could get one extra pillow since the pillows were on short supply. The water in the bathroom did not get hot for showers and the toilet had a black ring under the rim. The front desk closed at 11 pm.

The staff was rude and I even had one member of the staff lie on me. The fact that just cause they were out of the room I requested they upgrade me with a up charge in price too

The Bed is not comfortable, and the peoples up stairs make so much noise walking day and night constantly making noise every single day walking hard every single day and night middle of the night all through the day

I didn't get a room the one I reserved was not properly cleaned and nothing was avaliable. This motel was busy and dirty like a half way house. People where hanging out every where even behind the hotel in the parking lot . Not at all what I was expecting . I'm still waiting on my money back . This hotel is being neglected and needs serious renovations.and new cleaning staff ones that do what they are hired to do .
