location was near a lot of places easy on and off access to the location

the lobby was well maintained but as soon as you get to the door to access the rooms the smells and dirtiness just hits you

The location was great for my overall business affairs and there were restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff had to move me to another room on arrival but then forgot they moved me. There was an issue about being in the switched room and I had the front desk paperwork. The issue was resolved but it was an inconvenience.

we drove almost 20 hours to arrive at this location at about 10pm. we got the keys to our room to find bed bugs on the mattress and a room that looked nothing like the pictures listed. i very much enjoy booking.com but this place should be taken off. very very deceiving.

the location

the place is worn out. The cigarettes smell along the hall way, the AC unit and the ceiling is almost falling off. The room door looks like suffered many “kicks”, I was using the chair to block the door. I skipped the shower as the bath tub as it had some stain on it.

I paid for my suite 8 days before I arrived. I called when I was 2 exits away to let them know I was coming, I was within my appointed checkin time The lady was rude poor customer service and told me she had no room for me. She hung up on me. I had just drove from Savannah GA to Charlotte NC to be told I had no room. I parked in the parking lot. And called booking. Com, who confirmed I had paid and put me on hold while they called her back. She treated them the same way. They apologized for her behavior and offered me a full refund with no cancelation fee and offered to help m e find a different hotel for the night. I ended up staying with my best friend instead. I went in before leaving the hotel to get the ladies name but.she had left the front desk and would not come out and face like a woman she needs to be terminated from her position. From all the customers I saw coming and leaving I feel she did not personally want to rent a room to me considering me privileged. I felt reversed discrimination was done to me here and there needs to be an investigation done.

A large industrial fan blowing in the hallway all weekend day and night. The bathroom in my room was not cleaned at all.

hall way smells , roaches every where even outside on door when trying to enter !! roaches as even pregnant you could clearly see . bathroom had mold and right hand corner above shower , TV remote did not have back to it batteries kept falling out remote barely worked . loud commotion across the hall I only stayed here because the Hilton was full I give it a C minus really should be a F but because it was available and pet friendly and under $120 and I really can’t even say that because I was charged a fee

the area did not feel very safe. the smell in the building was awful we had to buy air fresheners because it was giving us a terrible headache. When we arrived to our room we realized our door wouldn’t lock so we had to call to get that fixed and when I closed the door to the bathroom the towel rack fell off the wall. Our room keys wouldn’t get us into our room unless we tried it like 5 times.

they didn’t have the room I booked. But there wasn’t much we could do at 11pm. so my family of 5 made so with one bed. it was awful.

Location and dog friendly. Wifi, great parking, friendly staff.

Smell of marijuana and stale cigarette smoke in the halls. We had to use our sanitizing wipes on the switches, handles and knobs. The cleaning was not done to our standards. The room had a lot of aged grime in the bathroom including cigarette burns on the edge of the bathroom sink. We didn't use the shower.

The beds were very comfortable for the 30min we stayed in them.

The neighborhood and/or long-term tenants. We ended up having to leave abruptly after a fight broke out in the parking lot, a car was stolen/broken into (back window was smashed out), and a man was yelling about pulling out his gun and someone else yelling for him not to. Cops arrived, I was told we would be escorted out for safety and no one arrived, so we went to the lobby ourselves since there were cops present. I requested a refund, and Tae was very understanding as she checked us out. Given that the above situation had happened, the room not being what was pictured at booking seems like a minor concern, though it didn’t work for us like we planned to have one of our kids lay on the couch that was pictured, and it not even be in the room. STAY AWAY. We paid $129 after taxes for this hotel, but left and went to Motel 6 and paid $70 flat. The beds are not as comfortable, but I have peace of mind that a bullet won’t go through our wall on the third floor. Hopefully.

The Priceline charges that were charged to my card 2 days prior, did not show up on the hotel's system as PAID and I had to pay again. Now I am waiting on Booking.com to issue a refund.
