No hot water. Said a plumber was coming.

The beds were super comfortable and i love that there was blackout curtains. I was able to sleep during the day too. The front desk staff was nice and easy to talk with.

The breakfast was lacking. My spouse and I went to eat at 8am and there was no more food. I spoke to some of the guest staying there and they said that they have been waiting for 30 mins already. Some guest spoke to the cook, the cook said in 15 mins the food would be out. I wished someone was there to make sure if the food was low, it would be refilled quickly instead of having us wait so long to eat. The guest up stairs kept stomping their feet all night long and during the day. I kind of got irritated by that, but overall, it was okay.

Location was great lots of resturants around

Room was alittle outdated, pool looked horrible, amd when i came to check in on a friday at 3pm which is check in time, i had to wait over 20 min to be seen by gentleman. Even had housekeeping keep coming out to the lobby to check on me and this gentlman tomd everyone he had to go check his phone. When he came into the hotel he didn't say hi, didnt say sorry nothing just asked for my id and got my room keys. No awknowledent for me waiting over 20 min to check in.
