Location and staff were great.

It was undergoing a remodel so the part we stayed in was out dated and small.

Beds were to hard and not at all comfortable but other than that it was a great place!

nothing. We are disappointed, lift broken, first room provided had water leak and was dirty, 2nd room was unable to open, 3rd room was dirty not properly cleaned, microwave didn’t work. Water leaks on the hallway and lastly before we checkout water system was shut off due to leak without noticed

convenient to everything

I liked the quieter surroundings

it seems it use to be a nursing home.. also wasn’t very clean. broken up make up left in bathroom, dust on light fixtures, toilet paper wasn’t folded and soap scum build up on the walls. advertised breakfast included but it’s only served Friday-Sunday.. can also hear exactly what’s going on it the other rooms.

The staff were amazing and super helpful.

The stay was nice only had the toilet run every so often.

It was close proximity to everything

There was hair on the bathroom sink (not ours). The sink leaked. There was a single blind for a double window. We had to use a prop to help the curtain stay closed so that the construction workers could not see in on the second floor. The mattresses on both beds were wore out and gave really bad in the middle. There was a glow in the dark triangle painted on the ceiling above one of the beds. There was writing on the bathroom wall that they attempted to cover it but not very well. They had my reservations wrong and I had to verify twice that they were corrected. There were no drawers in the room and very few hangers for clothes. There was not a security lock on the door. When you turned off a light switch, the TV would go off then come back on. The floor was gritty and we refused to go barefoot in the room. There was a half bottle of lotion left for us I stead of a new one.
