At least there was coffee and muffins. The breakfast was just lackluster. The promised oatmeal wasn't provided, nor was there any creamer for the coffee. The wifi worked well, though I had to pay an extra $6 for faster internet if I wanted to stream videos.

I didn't appreciate the $25 extra that I had to pay as a non-refundable pet fee, considering my puppy slept in her crate the entire night and didn't mess in the room at all. The hotel carpet looks like something out of Steven King's "The Shining." It seriously looks like it hasn't been changed since the 70's. I refused to walk without slippers because it just felt grimey. The color design was all brown and ugly, especially the old curtains. The whole place needs a makeover. Walking down the hall, it felt like the floor might cave in at any moment, seriously. Although the beds were clean (except for stains on the sheets), I definitely checked for bedbugs first before getting in.

Dirtiest hotel I have seen for a long time...bathroom was filthy...light fixture had tons of dead bugs in them...bed stunk...pillows were flat and smelled...worse experience ...0 out of 10 stars

These people are extremely irresponsible. They canceled my reservation because a supposed pipe break in my room. They never called or sent email notifying the problem. When we got there had the big surprise we didn’t have hotel after driving 3 hours. The worst part is that we couldn’t find another hotel, the entire town was booked, and we had to drive back in the middle of the night

The place is not set up for handicap accessible people with oversized wheelchairs. I had trouble getting through the front door. Then I had trouble even getting on the elevator. They're not ADA setup. I use my walker because by wilker would not fit through the door. And plus I could first put his button to hold their door open for handicap accessible.

Refrigerator was leaking water from bottom outside and my stuff got wet cause I was next to boiler room and all the closet area in my room got wet
