Location is in a great place next to a creek! The property has all been renovated and beautifully decorated!
Everything was good!

Everything - but mostly its location directly on Rock Creek. Every room is expansive and newly redone. Balcony rooms have a massive private balcony right on the creek/river. Incredibly clean. Lovely staff. Fridge, wine glasses, coffee, in room steamer, lighted mirrors etc. Added bonus is the on campus Superb Old Piney Dell Steakhouse - 5 Stars in our opinion. Nothing like sleeping with the sound of the creek!
The renovated showers are nice, but their original footprint remains, which is to say they are a bit on the small side for a large man.

The room and bathroom were wonderful. We loved the balcony overlooking the creek.
The breakfast was not on par with the rest of our experience. The waitress was loud. She would not let the two of us sit at a four top by the window (although there were other 4 tops available). Said she would get in trouble if we sat there and seated us away from the window. She scolded another couple who cleared dishes from a table so they could sit after waiting a while. She told them she’d get in really big trouble. It was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and we did not go back.
