Did not utilize the breakfast option. Gluten-free diet and preferred eating at a local diner.

Website boasts a shuttle to airport that no longer exists. They don't help at all to get to airport, and haven't bothered to update website. Front desk is slow and unenthusiastic. Heat in first room, before switching, wasn't working well. Lobby is shabby and no bathroom in entrance.

The location was nice giving why we traveled

When my family and I arrived there was no one at the front desk and we waited nearly 15 minutes before being helped.. once helped they couldn't find the reservation. When we arrived at out room we noticed cigarette burn whole in the blankets on our beds and the bathroom wasn't stocked with enough towels for 4 people.. the shower had blacks specks in the corner.

I slept very well. Quiet in thhe back. Everything you expect in a hotel. Even has a restaurant within walking distance.

An affordable option for a flight delay and very close to Manchester airport.

The first room we checked into didn't have a working TV set. The second room had no coffee maker.

Location, the room we stayed in was semi-updated with a few more things that needed to be finished

The elevator was a little loud with creaks and noises. there were a few things in the room that needed to be finished. For example, the space between the window and the heater need to be sanded and painted and the wall behind the door needed to be painted with the correct room color. there is no closet and no hair dryer in the room.
