The desk staff so very pleasant makes you feel at home
They are helpful when needing extra necessities.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staffer was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was the best on our road trip. Attached restaurant property Tavern 507 was a pleasant and fun place to unwind after a day on the road. Bartender was knowledgeable and easy going. Food was tasty.
Didn't have any issues. Possibly add some landscaping to the outside but overall quite satisfied with the experience.

the pool area is great. a lot of space. deep 9 foot pool and nice hot tub.
my door wasn’t able to lock when I left the room during my entire stay. I notified front desk and they said they would send a maintenance person. that never happen. my room never got cleaned. I had to personally go to desk to get fresh towels every day. also the shower in the pool area the shower handle was about to fall off. over all a nice place but the over all day to day maintenance is substandard. and rooms are not being cleaned daily. it wasn’t just me several other people complained about it also. this problem all falls on poor management. if there even is a hotel manager

Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.
Swimming pool and pool side common space close sharply at 10 PM. The bar restaurant closes at 12 midnight.

Very nice quiet hotel. Bed was comfy.
Wish the bathroom was a little bigger. When the door is open it is on top of the shower and toilet.

Greatly staff and great location.
Had a poolside room and the lights in the pool area shined into our room all night. Pool was maybe 60 degrees, it was horribly cold, the staff didn’t have any plates or silverware (plastic) for us to use for my sons birthday cake. There were only 4 of us too. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, no eggs, hasbroowns were to spicy and the toasters were down because two of them were hooked to an extension cord (major fire hazard). My daughter thought it’s probably because they don’t know better.

the room had mould growing in the bathroom and under the window. They also didn’t open the breakfast one day, and the next only had bread or cereal with warm milk. There was no juice or coffee available.

There was not a thing to like about this joint. It was dirty, gross, torn all apart. Staff was weird, rude, young. It shouldn’t be open under the construction it is under. Had used soap in mr bathroom. Room had super old carpet, nothing even ok about this place

We LOVED having connected, poolside rooms. It allowed us the extra space we needed and the flexibility to go insmd out of our room as needed.
Breakfast. Breaskast left a lot to be desired. We will need to figure out breakfast for our next stay. Also, the microwave in my room (106) didn't seem to work properly.

the thermostat did not work we were very cold even after turning on heat and turning up the twerp blow cold air all night
