Bed bugs, outlet on floor with ac attached

no one came to clean our room or to restock it. and we stayed 5 nights. I could not believe that they did not clean or restock it. it had no pools.

the property was not too bad it was the service. there was maid service there .

There was nothing decent about this property.

The room was not clean. Blood stain bedding, cords laying on the floor for the air conditioner, stains on the walls, looked as if nothing had been wiped down, no hot water, part of the property had been condemned by the fire marshal, unsafe support beams holding the second story balcony, phones weren’t even plugged in, no access to ice machine, pool was closed indoor/outdoor, had to shower in an out of service room, dirty/stained towels. Would highly not recommend this location due to the safety concern of this property and false advertisement photos of this property online.

Location was great close to all establishments and the school I was going to. Breakfast was great with biscuits/gravy, bacon, omelette during first day; biscuits/gravy, sausage patties and scrambled eggs the second day. Fresh brewed coffee in the pot so it kinda ran out when I wanted more. There are also waffles, muffins, bread, bagels, fresh fruits and yogurts. I don’t drink but there’s bar at the lobby with pool table. Of course all the staff were nice and friendly.

I didn’t like from the outside it looks like the balcony is about to fall apart, at back area. The old furnitures looks dirty and made the place looks dark. The bed sheets didn’t look clean, usually when fresh out dryer they aren’t wrinkled but in my bed it was super wrinkled, so I just slept on top of sheets. The carpet looks dirty too like there was puddle that just dried out. The phone wasn’t working when I first tried to call about the shower knob (hard to turn on/off), don’t know if it ever did. I had to keep trying my keycard to get in. The room smells old. You can hear the noise outside too. Lastly, I seen small roach in the bathroom that crawled in the crevice of doorframe.
