Convenient for us. Good location off the highway
Not enough of parking.

Room very clean with new or upgraded floors, bed, bathroom.
Hotel tucked away behind other buildings and a little hard to find. I think a bigger sign or some signs on the road to the hotel would help.

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The room smelled and looked very clean. Whoever prepared it for our arrival did a fantastic job. It had been recently updated with modern touches that were very stylish and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I've ever experienced, even at "higher end" hotels, and I might renovate our own shower to match it. Plus there was plenty of hot water for our whole family to use.
There were drywall pieces inside the toilet paper holder and a missing baseboard behind the bathroom door. The "daylight" lightbulbs made the room feel more medical. A simple switch to warm-toned lights will instantly improve the room's comfort feel. I also checked to see if the phone worked (in case of emergencies) and it wasn't functioning.

The breakfast was cereal, I don't eat cereal; I only eat a hot breakfast; so this was a FAIL.
The door on our room was rubbing the door jam very badly and extremely hard to open and close. The TV remote didn't work. The ICE machine was broken. The room smelled bad; it smelled musty; it was not cool until I turned the A/C to 72.
