That had a kitchenette. That was the only reason I’m booked there.

My bathtub had cat litter or some kind of crap in it and I had to wash my bathtub. My interaction when I checked in was ridiculous I came up. I told her I had a prepaid check-in 3×3 times. She ignored me charged my card anyway she was scatterbrained interrupting other people’s conversations while trying to help me she had to put printer paper in she had to print stuff I mean it was. She was like a squirrel running all over the place and then she got an attitude with. Then no sooner than she ran my card and I showed her again that she had double charged me. She messed up my budget. I didn’t he didn’t get to sit down and enjoy my hotel room. I had to actually go back out and work more to make sure that I had a cushion because of her overcharging me while ignoring me saying I had a prepaid confirmation and if she’s done this to me how many other people does she do this too what if it was an old person then all they had was another 125 $200 in their account and she just stripped half of it away and that person would be screwed for the rest of the night if they needed to get food or gas or water all because she wouldn’t pay attention to the person in front of her. I know there’s procedures for this, but this was just ridiculous. it really it messed up my whole night because then I had to go back out work some more to make sure I had cushion in my bank account and then we’ll top it off with when I came back out to get a can opener she gossip about me to another employee absolutely unacceptable and as far as the breakfast goes, oh that was just a joke thank God there was at least coffee now let’s top it off with the washing machines were broken on a Sunday when people are checking in or out with the washing machines not be working the construction and banging going on then let’s top it off with when I called and set up my reservation in prepaid for it. I said I need cooking pots and pans the whole set up please please have it ready when I get there.
