Location location location. The place is located in the hot springs park. The hot tub is a hot spring. Staff was fantastic, clean rooms, will be staying there again

Breakfast was fine. No elevator to 2nd floor

Nicely remodeled even though building is dated

Location convenient. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and different meat choices every day. Staff very pleasant. And fresh cookies at desk a very welcomed touch.

The bathroom needs to be clean. Shower trim and bottom glass had built up dirt. The bathroom just needs a really good cleaning. Shower railing around floor was very dirty. Rooms were small for the oversized log furniture. Couldn’t get to microwave and coffee pot at all. Had to put coffee table in bedroom closet and move a chair to get around living room. Just too small area for log cabin sized furniture. Dark drapes and dark carpet made for very dismal days when weather was wet. Needs brightened up some. There is no elevator and I don’t recall that mentioned in hotel description.

Breakfast was sufficient with good variety. Location is wonderful, right in the park and walking distance to pools.

Very loud creaking sounds from floor above our room. Hallway outside our room was also sometimes very loud with ice machine.

Loved the honeymoon suite. Beautiful!

The rooms are very nice and roomy. Hot breakfast.

No elevator for 2nd floor. If have problems climbing stairs request 1st floor. A little pricey but kind of worth it.
