Sink and tub did not drain well at all. Need to dust better. Have stayed here before and seemed better.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable

You were relatively close to the concert venue. The bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast, the next day was delicious.

There was a rather large stain in the bathtub.

Location was okay, breakfast was okay.

The pool wasn’t open Sunday morning, so our promise to the kids wasn’t kept. Very disappointing!!!

The bedsheet had crumbs on it. The pillowcase was stained. The pillow had blood on it when the case was removed. There was no staff available to change bedding. The front desk supplied sheets to do it ourselves. The sheets were the wrong size. We requested a change of rooms which they did.. At breakfast, the juice dispenser was not working. There were no substitutions made.

Clean and comfortable. Fairly convenient and affordable. Breakfast was about what you would expect and included scrambled eggs, sausage and french toast sticks. Day to day operations seemed efficient. Big bathroom!

Building and furnishings were a bit worse for wear. Some of the maintenance was not professionally done. Such as raw patch on wall and carpet by elevator was not correctly cut resulting in a bunched up place by the elevator door which could be a tripping hazard. Only 2 jets in the hot tub worked they were in the same corner. It was clean.

Bed bugs everywhere

Booked through booking dot com for two rooms and payed with my own card and info. Country inn only had one room in my name and said they didn’t have any other room’s available. Found the second room through how it was paid for but under another name (?). They checked out room 111 and found it had bed bugs so I took pictures and talked to front desk in private and told them about bed bugs and that we where not staying , we would find another facility to stay at. Before we walked out the door they had filled that room with someone else. I could not be leave it. When we came back next morning for refund they thought we had stayed there overnight due to it being a deferent receptionist and said that name is not the name I have in that room right now which proves they had filled it without clearing and treating for bedbugs. So my wife asked about how can you fill a room you know has bed bugs isn’t there some sort of rules about that? Then receptionist said no we don’t have the room filled that must be some type of computer error. They finally then refund our money very quickly after they had been arguing with us that Booking.com would have to refund the money , when had already talked to Booking.com that morning before we left town to make sure we had everything taken care of and that’s why we went back to country inn to get refund.

Both days spent there the Pool was not opened. In the end of August, the reason we booked was for the pool.

It was in a good location

It was dirty, Outdated, and ugly. Drains didn’t drain well. Had a bad smell. Staff made me bring my dirty towels down to the desk to get new ones

Clean bed comfortable. Breakfast good and for our plans it was great location. Fresh baked cookies was a nice treat at front desk served by smiling faces. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed the pool time

Our bathroom for was dirty Knots of hair and some loose on foot. Needed swept

We're just used to a Tempurpedic bed at home so I tossed a lot. Bed was fine... Just not my own.

Dirty and room was not cleaned well at all. Vents had dust collected on them that looks like it was there for months. Hair in bathroom. Bed was the cleanest part. Thankfully.

The staff was friendly and room was good for price we paid.

Hard to find because tucked behind another motel. Staff sucked. When booking had arrival time at 3. Room not ready until 5. Made me late to my event. The gym had broken equipment and no one in maintenance to fix.

Honestly the only thing that was decent about this place was the location of the hotel.

1. The pool was filthy. Even the staff acknowledged that it needed cleaned. 2. The front staff said they didn’t have any clean towels in the building due to staff being on vacation. 3. The elevator and our whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was good and rotated to new selections daily. My favorite was sausage grave and biscuits, the western omelets were also tasty. For the reviews about garbage removal and room cleaning... It states plainly it's every 3 days carry out your own garbage folks. Front desk staff were more than happy to hand out everything needed, towels, bags, toiletries ect... Try being courteous vs antagonistic when dealing with people. It goes a very long way.

The acoustics in the pool building amplify kids having fun to almost an unbearable level.
