Clarion Pointe Morrow - Atlanta South

The manager was very Accommodating and He found me a room quickly because I wasn’t feeling very well. Also I forgot my glasses on my first visit and was called and informed they had been forgotten. The manager had also made himself available if I needed anything

I like the fact, the parking was good and you allowed our dog, which is a service dog the emotional support that was a big plus the attendance seemed to be pleasant toward us as well

The worst part of our visit was the room was filthy. There was even handprints on the wall, both of our sheets, top and bottom, head stains, and literally crumbs on it.. The cleanliness for the room was a problem and will be a problem for us to stay there again. So I don’t know how likely we would be able to come back knowing how dirty that room was and how dirty the bathroom was.

I had a wonderful experience at Clarion Pointe! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the staff truly made my stay special. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, and willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. It’s refreshing to experience people who treat you with such warmth and respect. The kindness of the staff definitely stood out to me and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay at Clarion Pointe again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with caring and courteous staff. Room was nice clean

Tv buffering went to office night manager offer to change rooms at midnight not not acceptable who will pack things to move in middle of night night manager it’s due to weather it was no rain or anything
