It was helpful that there was breakfast, as aside of a Pizza place, there aren't a lot of breakfast options within walking distance. The breakfast was reasonable, very carb heavy, but there were hard boiled eggs and eggs patties, which, I was told, was made of real egg, and not egg powder. Some fresh fruit - apples and bananas -was available, and acceptable coffee. There should be more healthy options as not everyone likes muffins, waffles, toasts, cereals for breakfast. The rooms and bathroom appeared to be very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

There isn't a lot of light in the room, a problem I find in many hotels in the US. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and the area is very quiet. Perfect for our needs for a one night stay. It feels a little remote, but I am told that downtown is just 1.5 miles away. Hotel is situated on a highway, so not much ability to walk around the property.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hallways smelled amazing! Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly.

There was nothing I did not like.

How helpful the staff was with getting me in my room sooner and also texting me to see if there was anything I needed. Also were willing to set up my room for the surprise which was awesome even though I did it myself. It was nice that they were willing to do so much to accommodate and communicate throughout everything.

That the online booking site gave me a discount that they applied when I booked but I had to pay more then when was supposed to be applied.

The pillows were the only complaint. Very uncomfortable.

Room was extremely clean and pretty. Shower was huge and bathroom was clean and very nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Exceeded my expectations!
