The water for the room was off. No water in the sink, toilet or shower. I didn't realize this until the middle of the night. When I told the front desk about the water as I was checking out, I noticed a sign stating there would be a 5$ fee for each room key (plastic credit card type) not tuned in. I asked if they actually charged for keys the clerk said yes.

Well, sure the heck didn't look like the website picture. A loaf of bread - peel only, stale donut holes thats all of pastries, about a large cup full of milk left - where the milk was kept, was very dirty, no butter, spoons for cereal, etc...

I didn’t have a tv remote ac didn’t work I had $100 in food taking from my room by the cleaning staff the pool was not open nor the work out facility and none of the breakfast equipment worked

Pool was green and closed and before i booked I called and asked if pool wouldd be open they said yes. Says free breakfast they had 4 muffins, and waffles with no syrup all juices and coffee were down, our room was dirty upon arrival. We went there for a wrestling tournament and our whole team stayed there. Everybody was complaining about the cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely not updated as stated. Worst hotel stay ever

Cleanliness, was disgusting, no working pool, remote didn’t work, lights in the room didn’t work, holes in the tub, bedding was worn, smelled in the room, bathroom was dirty, dogs next door barking constantly

For one they were really rude like I already booked and reserved online and they told me oh I don't think we have any rooms I said ma'am I already paid for a room online and so they looked on the computer and they said okay we have one and they put me in a dirty handicap room I was so unpleased and I felt dirty staying in there I asked for cleaning supplies to clean my own room after paying too much for a room I got a room that had no toilet paper rolls the lamp shades had grim.and dirty and dengi and water damage and the walls had like paint splattered on one of the walls and the upper ceiling had water leakge damage that they tryed to repaint half ass and it came back through the shower it's handicap shower that the water didn't go down the middle drain in the bathro and got the carpet wet ruined my clothes that were on the floor well got them soaked and I had my makeup bag I just purchased and my Micheal kors purse that was expensive got water on it in the bottom of the purse I didn't know this was all going to happen so I spent half the night cleaning my room I was tir d already and had a business meeting this morning that I was not very happy or chipper going to cause of my stay . I would like reimbursement for this stay or make it right it was horrible stay and I will never book with Ramada again

place was not clean. staff overbooked the hotel and rooms were not clean. put us in dirty rooms and then brought linens. shower didn’t work and did not drain. breakfast in the morning consisted of load of white bread and a gallon of milk and cold cereal. they ran out at 7:30 AM and staff replied there is no more food. did not apologize or offer anything else.

the room was dirty food behind the nightstand hair and hair ties on the floor and bed and the toilet was broke. when we asked to move I was told “ this is why I ask if you want to see the room first so there is no complaints” so I said well I didn’t think I would need to but ok. I switched room and the new room didn’t have blankets on the beds, the vent in the bathroom didn’t work and the refrigerator was completely rusted. we went to breakfast at 7:30 and they had nothing out no cups for coffee or juice no food other then some bags of bread.

we made a reservation, but when we showed up around 10 pm after driving all day we were told that the room was not cleaned and that it would take 20-30 minutes since they had no housecleaning staff. There were several other people who were there already waiting for a room and said that they had been waiting over an hour already. when we finally got into our room (only once some other very nice people gave up their room since we were traveling with young children and it was very late at night) it was not very clean at all. The hotel is very run down and smelled, the carpet was dirty and the tub had mold. the AC was very loud and rattled all night. someone had a dog that was barking in the hallway. we wished that we had slept in our car in the parking lot instead since we wound have gotten a better nights sleep and it would have been cleaner

This hotel was disgusting. Hotel staff as well as corporate have done nothing to solve the issues that we had.

The room was big. Many safe but accessible entrances to the hotel. It was nice and quiet.

The room was not clean at all. I had to buy disinfecting wipes and wipe down all the surfaces. All the surfaces were very dirty and dusty. The shower was not clean. The tap handles were not clean. I did not feel comfortable using all the facilities and amenities offered because I felt that it wasn’t cleaned properly. And the tv remote was extremely sticky and did not work. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed with regards to these issues throughout my stay.

Dirty. unkept. we were given a room that wasn’t clean, there was food in the drain of the sink (disgusting). Mini fridge had hair inside, and made a super loud noise that didn’t let us have a restful sleep. It was advertised as breakfast included, yet the lights were off in the morning and when we asked the staff said they only had some cereal, bread, and yogurt. there was no coffee or any juice, nor hot food even though there were waffle makers in the breakfast area. terrible service. terrible place, it feels like a rip off. not worth at all what we paid for. we were relying on the chain name “ramada” for good quality, but it seems like that doesn’t guarantee quality at all.
