Un des membres du personnel très désagréable, incroyable d’être comme cela à l’accueil avec des clients. Un lit supplémentaire demandé pas du tout confortable, on sent les ressorts. Hôtel vieillissant, aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf.

Quality stay with two restaurants on site was excellent. The room was spacious. Parking at your door. Swimming pool and exercise room all good

Staffing issues meant lack of house keeping without any compensation

The bed was very comfortable The people seemed to be nice, but not very happy in their jobs in my opinion.

The room felt a little grungy. The shower had grout chips and it looked like mold. The Volcano restaurant was not very good and the breakfast restaurant was passable. All in all, it was not horrible, but not as nicely maintained as it appeared on the website.

location is easy to find and staff is very friendly. Easy to find by car, enough parking space.

Run down (room door closes badly and rumbles, stained smelly carpets in hallway and room), needs renovation (lots of mould in bathroom), not very clean (smelly, found two cockroaches in bathroom, stained carpets), no room service when staying for less then 3 days. Very noisy (large empty parking lot where guys make donuts with their car in the evening.

Good for one night stay. Bed comfortable.

the location was close to where I had to be, also close to shopping.

Definitely needed upgrading. Hotel is old all around. Went to use pool one evening and it was supposed to be heated . water was cold and I couldn’t swim. Hot tub was being hogged by a family with six kids. I went back an hour later and they were all still there. Lights did come on in pool area. Free morning coffee was good.

Good accomodation for the price we paid. It was an okay hotel.

pool and hottubs were nice

A member of the cleaning staff catcalled/made inappropriate comments when my girlfriend went back to our room. We did not stay our second night due to the discomfort of this. Unacceptable.

For the rate, great.

The restaurant behind it was closed so had to drive for dinner options.

a little outdated but clean and a pleasant staff. Close to where I had to be. Price was fair fir the accommodations.
