Bolero Resort

A resort without resort fees. Free parking and a great location. One of the few hotels in the area open year round. Clean, spacious rooms. Great food/ beverage offerings. Even entertainment in the lounge. You will find nothing to complain about here.

Very friendly, I really enjoyed the clean rooms, pools and all facilities. The restaurant was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Play area for kids outside our door, some kids were yelling after 11 pm at night. I blame parents. Front desk quickly responded to my concerns.

The location was convenient to the boardwalk. The beds themselves were somewhat comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge in the room and the shower pressure was great.

The sheets had what looked like blood on them. They were also made incorrectly with the blanket beneath the top sheet so we had to remake the other bed as well. I called the front desk and the staff brought up a new set of sheets and I had to change them myself. The blankets themselves looked like they really haven't been washed or replaced in quite some time as they had some stains on them. The towels in the bathroom felt like sandpaper and one of the towels had orange spots all over it. The floors were quite dirty and unfortunately we had to carry all our baggage up stairs due to being in the "motel" section of the hotel. The screen in the bathroom window was ripped as well. Also the walkway outside around the 2nd floor needs to be fixed. There were a lot of puddles and divets throughout the area.
