Lobby/Check In Room was very small and crowded, No elevator for access to upper floors

Safe part of town. Good value for where it is and especially having the kitchen available in the room. Staff is courteous.

No way to plug tub for bath— used washcloth. Brown stains on 2 washcloths. Bed clean but not very comfortable. Sign on desk in a.m. said back in 15 minutes. Was trying to get out the door for an important meeting and needed hairdryer, so did makeup in office and the wait was closer to 30 minutes from when I first saw the sign. Got hairdryer, but it didn’t work in any of the plugs , even after resetting the trip switches, so I dried my hair with the ac unit fan. The “continental breakfast” was just a few different oatmeal packets and coffee, which was only slightly lukewarm.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The location is easy to find with plenty of food options near by. The hot water was amazing!

We were on the 3rd floor and the key cards didn't work on the 2nd try so I had to walk back down to get them redone. They didn't ID me or anything just loaded the cards again. Idk if I look trustworthy or what but I made sure our door was locked and sat a suitcase in front of it so I would hear it open just in case. 😅

I like the location. Staff was helpful and nice.

The elevator took a long time and it made a really weird noise when it landed and very hard to. The toilet was really loud when you flushed it.
