I wouldn't call that a breakfast. It was a cheap snack bar. There was nothing I liked about it at all

Where do I start. My credit card was charged without my permission I wanted to pay cash and they automatically put my room on my card. My reservations was not as I had reserved. They were unable to accommodate my request. The room had no microwave. The refrigerator door was broke. The first room they put us in the toilet was broke. Second room with no microwave the one bed sunk in the middle it was very uncomfortable. Told them I was traveling with a disabled person needed two beds with a shower could not accommodate me once I got there. Was not informed prior to my arrival that they could not accommodate me. The TV channels that you could get were fuzzy and there wasn't many channels to choose from. When I told front desk I was not happy with my accommodations at all they didn't seem to care.

When I checked out best part of my stay and it should be free cancellation overall the overall condition of the hotel was in terrible shape. My room key kept demagnetizing. So I had to go down twice to get my card reactivated so there’s nothing I really liked about the hotel.

Not privacy couldn’t close the curtains all the way people who walked by were able to see in my room I had to tie the curtains together The chairs in the room were so filthy that I was afraid to sit in them to put my shoes and my clothes on bathroom or small toilet was too low. Overall bad experience would never book at. days in hotel again, the place really needs to be renovated

Ian and Malie assumed I must have Penn a peasants, they bossed me around everyday and laughed at me when they made me move rooms, I'm disabled and I asked for help but they were very cruel. Plus, they stopped my reservation a day early just to humility me further.

We were told when I made the reservation I could get an early check in by 11:00 am as we were traveling for a funeral that started at 12:00 and were told no problem. When we arrived at 11:00 am to check in I was told there was not even 1 room cleaned yet from the night before and whoever I spoke to about an early check in lied to me. Multiple cleaning folks were outside chit chatting when I finally left without being able to check in to change for the funeral. The front desk gentleman was rude and not helpful at all in our time of grief. I was already upset bc we had just driven 6 hours from Myrtle Beach and he told us to try down the road. We did and were able to find accommodations. This situation was handled very poorly.

was great for a last minute booking. we were on the road and needed a place to rest our head for a few hours

the breakfast could have been better and the room was freezing. the bedding could be updated. there were holes in the blankets and sheets and they were not very thick

Rooms have no USB ports for charging phones, cameras etc. Waffles or cereal for breakfast, needs more selectoons

Advertised an indoor pool - no pool available. Room phone and TV did not work. Hotel was very run down and in poor repair.

Location was good.

The bath tub was filthy, the sink counter was broke, the bathroom door knob was broke, the dead bolt lock on the door did not function properly, and the TV quality was very poor. It was constant static.
