Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. They had a pull out bed for my littles.

There was some black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom otherwise it was clean. They did not have a blanket in the room for the pull out bed.

The hotel is very convenient for my stay, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is clean and spacious. Bob, who picked us up from the airport and drove us to the hotel, was also very kind, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel itself was convenient, and the room was clean and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the receptionist’s attitude. After check-out, several guests and I were sitting in the waiting area. The receptionist suddenly threw a chair down onto the floor with a very loud bang, placed the water pitchers and other items down on the table very loudly, and then gave us an unfriendly glare, as if she wanted us to leave. The way she spoke to guests was also impolite and completely different from the friendly attitude she showed when we first checked in. This behavior made the overall experience very unpleasant and unprofessional
