It was very convenient, has an elevator and the room has a kitchenette. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

The people staying in the room next to us we're fighting all night and kept us awake. The staff was terrific though and responded immediately when we called the front desk to report them and ended up kicking them out.

Clean and inexpensive

Accommodations were very spartan, no hair dryer, no ice bucket or ice, no plastic drinking water cups.

All comfortable.

How strict staff was about their rules and the way they were enforced without real evidentiary cause.

Loved the location of the hotel. Not to far from shopping or the University. The staff was ok, at check in the person seemed rather dismisive of us, but other staff friendly and helpful.

The stay was plagued by things. A stange smell in the room, 3rd floor room, the key not working most time, the smells from other rooms. Non smoking rooms are good but when those under you smoke just outside door, not just cigarettes, it fills the rooms. There were a lot of people hanging outside, givibg the impression of a section 8 hotel. The background check sign in the lobby didnt help. Also, we turned on heater to try and dry our sneakers after a rainstorm, it set the smoke alarm off. Not the best stay but a few changes would help. Try and keep seasonal or one time visitor separate from others or just police those that stay there. Make sure that the customers dont set up shop in the lot, sitting in chairs, drinking, smoking. A few things could turn this into a great stay for all.
