The staff was very helpful correcting a mistake made by booking, com. I paid booking.com and they sent a message to the property, that I still needed to pay. I tried to call booking.com, but couldn't get past their AI. I only had the email confirmation which doesn't contain a pin. A non-existent pin number is needed to talk to a live person.
Booking.com. I will never use them again. They are too cheep to pay for live representatives, and rely on AI which can only give information, not fix problems. It took me over 2 hours go fix the problem and get to my room after driving for 17 hours. I will NEVER use booking.com again, and I travel a lot. My company is not allowed to use booking.com again.
