It was good food and clean area. Well stocked.

Everything was good, I am not picky.

Parking was not the best or easiest

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The state of repair was what I expected for the price - somewhat worn around the edges, but everything worked. I really liked that the room had vinyl flooring rather than carpet, and how clean it was. There was coffee, juice, and water available in the lobby 24/7. The price was about half what other hotels were in the area, so I was pleasantly surprised at the value for dollar. Also, there were recycle bins available on each floor. It's convenient to dining and hiking, and the airport.

The place is rather worn - missing baseboard tiles, some stains on the tub, one rust-stained towel. Breakfast was very basic, but I only get waffles when I stay at a hotel, so that was okay, too. The back doors weren't locked, but they are visible from the front desk. I wound up taking my water bottles to the Grand Junction Visitor Center to refill them, as there wasn't a deep enough sink or a fountain available. (the water in the lobby is in a glass jar.)

Clean and comfortable room.

No hot water, apparently maintenance doesn’t work weekends. Internet did not connect. Staff provided a second service but that also didn’t stay connected. Hallway carpet torn.
