the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This property was dirty, we had 2 rooms that were completely overcome with the smell of cigarettes. the property was supposed to be non smoking and people are clearly smoking there. the staff did the best they could to enforce the non smoking policy. all of our belongings smell like cigarettes now. the property was advertised as having sofa beds in every room. there were no sofa beds on the property. we did not have adequate sleeping arrangements in the two rooms booked for the number of people that we had with us. the shower in the one room was dripping the whole time when it was off and kept going all over the bathroom floor. I’ve used Booking.com several times and this is by far my worst experience on this site. I honestly believe that I should receive a refund from the property or some kind of credit from Booking.com for this unpleasant experience.
