Excellent staff. Friendly, problem solver

The first floor room was very noisy due to the pool being close.

Location and breakfast with real plates and utensils

The tub and shower did not work properly and the toilet was slow to flush

It was very clean and people were very nice

The fact that my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. I paid good money to stay there instead of downtown St. Louis thinking our truck would be safer. But instead the window was broken out and we left in the middle of the night due to safety concerns. No adjustments were made to our bill even though I now have to spend money to replace the window broken out and didn't stay as long as we were suppose to. There needs to be more lighting in the parkinglot.

It was a great breakfast!

The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Food at kickback, mashed potatoes, soup, meatballs and gravy, nachos, hotdogs. Breakfast was plentiful, pastries, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee, breakfast potatoes, etc.

The food at kickback was rather cool than hot, but still delicious. Loved the bacon potato soup!
