I loved the restaurant, the fries specifically, the cozy rooms, and the shuttle!
I wish I could've used the outdoor pool and the tennis facilities as that's why I booked this hotel (tennis especially) and I unfortunately wasn't able to play tennis on my birthday weekend. I would've been fine playing in the rain, but the staff mentioned it wasn't allowed. I would love a discount to be able to return and play then instead.

The view from the Manor is spectacular. Beautiful pool. Clean room and the lobby is pretty as well.
the steep driveway on a bike is tough, :) the good news is that it makes for an awesome overlook for the waterview

This property was stunning. We had free parking and a huge suite. The surrounding grounds were lovely to walk around. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The free shuttle that dropped us at a restaurant for dinner and then picked us up when we were ready to go back to the hotel, was unexpected and so generous. Montauk as a whole was awesome.
Nothing. The whole experience was exceptional.

My room was terrible very small no night stands bed was very small and not comfortable.
