Pretty much what you would expect and want from an airport hotel. Seemed clean enough and the staff was very nice.

For the most part everything was fine. The breakfast and facilities were pretty much what I expected. The biggest issue was confusion over the shuttle. Although this is is A Drury hotel at the St Louis airport, it is not THE Drury Hotel at the St Louis airport, so when I called to ask about the shuttle and got the main Drury Hotel number, we got directed to the other airport hotel. Oddly, the same shuttle doesn't serve both hotels so we had to go back to the airport and get the right shuttle. This was partially on me for not knowing there were multiple Drury Hotels at the airport, but none of the people I spoke with on the phone asked or clarified which hotel I was going to. It wasn't a huge deal and we got the second shuttle quickly, but it was after midnight and we just wanted to go to bed.

I like that it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle. Loved all the pillows. Breakfast was good with the many offerings. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly.

The front desk person wearing a mask seemed to not be interested in customer service was a little short with me when I asked her a question. In her defense maybe she was sick. Maybe she should have stayed at home.

The ONLY place I like to stay before flights out of STL.
