Kimberly helped us when we first walked in and she was so pleasant and friendly. She said that they noticed we had young children so they upgraded our room which was incredible. But even without the upgrade, the stay was amazing, the staff is very friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in how our stay was going.
One of the elevators was out but that was not in anyone control. It is literally just me spitballing for something that wasn’t great because everything else was wonderful.

Both dinner and breakfast, wasn’t expecting that. Also generous drink allowance.
Perfect for travel with our little dogs
Only one elevator working and this was a busy check in/out time. They did however have staff member assigned to assist with the elevator which helped

Love everything about Drury! Awesome breakfast, exceptional Happy Hour that offers a variety of delicious dinner items and frosty beverages, Rooms are spotless and beds extremely comfy. Hallways were being steamed during our stay. The place smelled nice and fresh. The grounds are very nice and green. Pet station always has liners. The all-day and all-night snacks are perfect! Staff is always wonderful!
