Staff was very good. Attentive

Food was not very hot. Didn't monitor refilling enough

The staff was the best part. They make you feel welcomed. The room was a nice size. The fitness room was great with extra details at this price point other hotels don’t offer. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi is a nice feature. The breakfast buffet is a great value.

While we enjoyed stay overall. I’m a detail person. It’s definitely time for them to start updating. Wallpaper is curling and the rugs are definitely outdated and stained beyond repair. Our tv was on its way out and the drains are very slow. The pool and jacuzzi while nice needs updating in near future.

Everything about the Westin Mount Laurel was excellent and I would recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed. It was wonderful!

Staff friendly and helpful hotel clean

Old decor outdated for other hotels at that price point. We stay there every year in October for a Martial Arts Summit and have enjoyed things so far. This trip was to see the Dodgers and Phillies play their series for a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday games. We were further away from the facility but are very familiar with the hotel and surrounding area so we decided to stay again, a bit of loyalty shown.. The accommodations are just a bit dated and we struggled to make the breakfast schedule additionally the hours of operation for the bar and restaurant are a bit inconvenient. They are closed much more than they are opened, as a quest, if you spend money for amenity's such as bar and restaurant, make them more accessible to your quest the large window between breakfast ending and lunch beginning then again a break between lunch and dinner service and then closing relatively early during the week is all too much down time! I was turned away more than I was served!
