The hotel is nice and staff we're all very friendly.

The busy Rd right outside my window, could hear every vehicle going by. The a/c was set at 65 (December) when I got in the room, heat was difficult to figure out and the blanket was no help at all. Got another blanket from the front desk. The heat blows towards the window so it's cold by the time it gets to the rest of the room. There were gnats at the buffet. The food was good but the flies ruined it. The vending machines on our floor were not working. No microwave in the room but there's one where vending machines are.

Very clean beautiful old mill building and staff were beyond exceptional.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

no room service due to staffing, toilet was dirty and didn’t want to flush, no free breakfast, and pool/jacuzzi were dirty.

It was beautifully decorated for the season and historic.

Closer building access to the parking area would be nice.
