Bit underwhelming

Location was ideal

Lots of little things let it down. Pretty average service at breakfast and the bar, items were not refreshed in room

Everything was amazing from the Valet to check in dinner at the Blue Duck room service totally awesome ecperience I am a travel agent and I love this hotel perfect for a staycation

Unfortunate and spoiled our holiday

Room size Pool area is clean and functional

Low ceiling rooms No design No natural light Walls facing the windows Rooms have an oppressive feeling and old furniture No charm The water from the shower overflows into the bathroom Staff are not friendly and not welcoming Park suite room 527 was really gloomy and felt like a motel

Memorable and Amazing

So happy to have the chance to visit D.C; even it was a short escape.. Washington D.C. is really a great city and Park Hyatt is located in a challenging location.. There is nothing to say about the Park Hyatt's outstanding management ,quality and service.. So happy to taste it again in D.C. also... Special thanks to Ms. Gizem Erdal at the front desk ; she is welcoming and treating the guests with a big smile in her eyes ;combined with Park Hyatt's and Turkish hospitality ..

Overall stay was very good.

The room package that I selected was for breakfast included. I did not expected to be charged for breakfast if only two people ate the meal. Breakfast included package should explain all additional cost.

The shower / bathtub design. Too messy. Not good for anyone who has mobility issues.

Staff rude upon arrival (10 hour drive from Nashville TN). Promised bathtub room not given after reminder to make sure room had tub.

Location was fine.

Exhausted after 10 hour drive in the car. Woman at check-in was rude. Had booked room with bathtub and paid extra for this room. I asked to verify the room had a tub and she said yes it had a tub. After entering the room found it had no tub.

Comfortable, relaxing, and overall exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast and the Tea Cellar were so fun (we love food). But we also took advantage of the hot tub and fitness center which were both so well taken care of. The fitness center was particularly impressive. The staff was wonderful all around. Especially our waiter at breakfast.

It was perfect.

Room service was excellent.

As always, there were minor glitches. This time, the vanity mirror light didn't work. The maid forgot new towels one day when servicing the room. Seems quality control on room amenities needs tightening. Never saw anyone check this.

Despite the excellent location and good structure, I will never come back here.

Personnel was unfriendly and not efficient. They charged me two times because of check in hour while I clearly had given a heads up that I would arrive late. Unacceptable.

Our stay was only two nights, thankfully. The stay certainly was not worth what we paid.

Registration was very quick and efficient. Front desk team was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was not cleaned and we had to call to get it done. Indoor pool, prefer outdoors. For the cost per night, services should be outstanding and they just were not.

It was good; I will return. But room maintenance could be more diligent.

Beyond cleaning roomfor next guest, staff might check functioning of equipment in room periodically. In my room, one electric wall socket was broken, the weight scale machine would not work, and the bathroom sink drain was very slow due to clogging.
