We loved the location of the property. Our room balcony was perfectly located overlooking the beach. Gorgeous view and great access
The check-in process was not great with no direction to park other than valet at $40/night until after you pull in valet. They then told us about the self parking which was far away with no signage how to get back to check in. The room was comfortable but in need of updating. The mini fridge had to be pulled out of cabinet in order to use it. Bathroom small and outdated and sinks drained very slow. The walkways and tiles around the property were loose or missing, again, needing updating.

Very laid back and family oriented. We didn't have to leave the property as there were activities and many restaurants on site and best of all the beaches weren't crowded!

The property is absolutely lovely with lots of green space, nature trails and easy access to the beach.
It reminded us of Savannah.
Every staff member on property that we interacted with was great. Eva, Laura and Deidra at the front desk were awesome. Elise and Alfredo at the Palmetto Press provided exceptional customer service.
The unit we stayed in (2301 Boxwood Lane) needs to significantly renovated. The owners combined a kitchen (fridge/ coffee etc) and bathroom into one room with no separation; that was very off putting to think that your food is in the same area where you use the bathroom.
The chairs inside the unit had no cushions so they were uncomfortable and the lounge chairs outside had no cushions.
The bathtub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while.
The person downstairs kept leaving their baby’s dirty diapers outside of their unit, which was pretty gross.

A Jekle and Hyde hotel, Ok if you are in the expensive renovated part, not so in the “tired” accommodation.
The room was dingy and tired with dangerous electrical lights (one didn’t work at all, the other had a loose lamp holder, to say nothing of the dodgy wall sockets).
