Proximity to airport

Ice machines with no ice buckets. Room was a bit run down, the bathroom was shoddily contracted, the air handler pointed directly at the bed and the thermostat didn’t really work it was either hot or cold. TV didn’t work, upon closer inspection the hdmi cable was just missing between the tv receiver and tv. Lobby coffee was undrinkable.

Close to IAH airport good restaurant and got to the airport with ease.

Elevator was not working, computer in the lobby for guests was not working. Use to have free breakfast, not anymore, it’s paid breakfast. No coffee in the lobby. Desk clerk was missing for 30 minutes trying to check out. She was supposedly gone to make coffee. She Returned with no coffee. A lot of guests were waiting on the coffee.

The bed was terrible and when asked for a comforter my husband and I was like what is this a ruff rug???

Advertised as “newly renovated” however, our room needs some real work; leaky bathtub (so much that there are hard water/rust stains, sink has a spider web crack, countertop and backsplash are separated, crown molding has gaps along the ceiling and back of bathroom door is pealed and needs finish work and painting. Upon inspection - you will find much more. Room 425

Even though our stay was short the facilities were great.

This property has seen better days. The decor is dated and tired looking and the staff needs a course on hospitality and basic friendliness.

close to the airport, easy to get there and a quiet, comfortable place to stay after a long haul flight. We were really glad to be able to have a swim and relax by the pool.

the hotel had a nasty musty damp smell when you entered into the lobby. water leaks throughout the hotel. our first bedroom smelt like a damp dog. new vinyl flooring suggested that the room had recently been renovated probably as a result of water damage. restaurant was ok. overall this property was terrible and should not be listed on booking.com. stay next door at a different hotel

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are decent size, and they were helpful and respectful.

The day we arrived we were too tired to inspect the place. The next morning, we noticed that the carpet was wet. Some of our stuff got wet.

Super close to the airport really easy shuttle service

checking in at 9 o’clock they didn’t have any shuttles left for the next morning except super super early. On the other side of things uber was only eight dollars. they don’t let you reserve an shuttle until you check in. so that was annoying

very pleasant, and clean.

there was only 1 wash cloth in our bathroom and there was 2 of us, really!!! That was not good for such a fancy facility.
