Hotel staff was great!

Room needs to be renovated. Carpet, bed and bathroom appear to have been untouched for 20 plus years.

Room was clean

water took a long time to heat up and I needed to go.to a meeting at a set time. Free coffee provided in room was horrible and stale. Soap was not good. Water was extremely hard. Bed had a sheet that was very uncomfortable and a tiny thin comforter. Even with turning up the room heat, I had to sleep in long johns and socks to get warm in bed. I got lost and spent a long time driving around trying to find the place even with calling hotel x 2 for directions. I was sent the wrong way and was told to find the place myself without a map and GPS. Room was very plain, furniture was old, maintenance was not done well on building. Hotel does not offer anything for food or drink other than make it yourself packaged coffee that has to be heated up in the microwave.

Pics don't depict what room looks like now, accommodations did not match pricing, property run down. Owner said we had the last queen room available and we're happy they switched our original king room since they were sold out! My husband had stayed here 5 times with his motorcycle buddies and spoke highly about the property, how clean and spacious the rooms were over 4 years ago. Our room was less than okay: Found some soiled towels, dirty mirror, burnt-out light bulbs, not enough lighting, sofa in very poor condition, bathroom heat lamp cracked, sub-par repairs. Looked like this room may have been broken in to. Property was less than 50% occupied and moreso by tenants, not guests.

Manager was nice and apologized, the owner adjusted the price based on our experience and altercation with a tenant's unleashed dog. Only stayed 1 of 2 nights originally booked.

Very generous on the size of the room. There was even a slider to a back yard. All in all. It was a good experience.

There was nobody at the office when we arrived and had to call a number to get someone there. We understand there is a general shortage of help out there, so just keeping that in mind.

There was no breakfast, however the location is quite beautiful, very convenient to where I was going.

The room was clean but the bathroom, bedding and carpeting was horrible. The bathroom was the worst bathroom i have ever used, the shower was incredibly cramped, and i am not a large person, I don't know how it would be possible for a tall person to shower in there, bathroom was very dingy and poorly finished. Very unpleasant bathroom experience. The bedding was of low quality and did not feel very inviting, i slept in the bed with my cloths on. One other thing, was the carpet was too shaggy, hotels should have very short shag carpet for a cleaner feel. This hotel is in dire need of an overhaul. Overall a very poor experience.

The location was ideal.

Pillows were flat. Decor was dated. Price not in line with value. No regular coffee in my room (just decaf).

Have stayed here many times over the last 20 yrs. Place is just dated, needs updates badly. Henry at the front desk gets a 10 from us, couldnt have been better to get things we needed.

New carpeting,the grounds wernt kept-up,however I do understand under new management.

The desk clerk was from NYC, where we are from, so we got along famously.

The cleaners forgot to put regular coffee in the room.

The location was great for being close to downtown.

The bed was very uncomfortable but the worst was standing in a shower stall with a clogged drain and waste water up to our ankles. When they ever say looks are deceiving they had this place in mind..
