Super 8 by Wyndham Mt. Vernon

I liked the fact that their was a pool and the waffles for breakfast...

That they didn't let it be known that they were a pet friendly place...

Clean convenient location nice staff

The staff is excellent! The room is better than expected. Great lighting and attractive exterior. Nice, yet modest breakfast. I prefer more fruit and either pastries or muffins.,

The exterior trash can needs to be emptied often due to the contractors packing excessive trash in it.

There was multiple migrants staying there and in the back parking lot. 3 of them in the room beside me was trying to cook up something in the microwave which caused the fire alarms and the hotel to go off about 1130 at night so eventually I had to go in the room at the direction of staff and unplugged their fire alarm and it was strange because I was the only one who spoke English. I checked out two days early expected a refund and a month later. I’ve just had to call the hotel again to try to get my refund.. I think the staff didn’t understand me or I didn’t understand them about the refund.merica
