Location was not good Room was very small vs washroom No storage for clothes

Good location and clean rooms and space.

Room was quite small and with 3 adults it was a bit difficult. Parking is 69$ per day which is crazy. No breakfast and a with the price it’s not justifiable

The property and room were clean, you needed a room key to access the lobby and the elevator, so it felt very secure. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe in the lobby so easy access to coffee (although it’s expensive). It’s a small hotel, which made the experience feel a bit more personal. Great if you’re travelling on a budget.

Although the room and hotel were both clean, the fridge smelled like death whenever we opened it, so we weren’t able to use it. The location was both good and bad. Good because it was walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and Chinatown. Bad because it was right on the edge of the Tenderloin, so you it was a little sketch sometimes and you have to be very aware of your surroundings and where you’re walking because you can very easily stumble right in to the Tenderloin if you’re paying attention.

Staff was great. The room was clean.

The area made me a little nervous when traveling with young children especially in the evening.

Bathroom was small with nowhere to hang towels after shower.

The room was spacious, the location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was clean and nice.

The bathroom was a little tight but over all loved staying here
