Easy access and good value.
Some people were smoking weed in a room nearby and it was too close to my room.

The location is close to I-40 and near family style restaurants and stores. The room I stayed in had 2 queen beds, a refrigerator and microwave, plenty of counter space and a deep sink. There is a large TV, good lighting in the room. The room was cool when I arrived. There is an ice machine right around the corner. The clerk was helpful and processed my reservation quickly.
The motel has been here a long time so it is not anything that can be changed. The traffic noise and there is a nearby train track that invites a noisy train in the middle of the night. I knew this going in so it's nothing that can be changed.

Pet friendly and convenient to restaurants and fast food establishments.
For the price, no real complaints.
