The hotel is close to St. Bonaventure University. It was convenient to local businesses and restaurants. The room accommodated three people, was clean and comfortable. The 'continental' breakfast offered a variety of selections of food and drinks. There is also a small service area with packaged food and drinks for a cost.
Parking in front of the Microtel is limited. Had to drive around to a farther parking space just to check in and drag our luggage back to our room. There should be an 'entrance' area to quickly park, register, unload the car, and then park in the regular parking lot. Not fun walking in the rain or snow or even a nice day -- especially as a Senior Citizen!

Lovely facility. Friendly, attentive staff.
I was in a ground floor room and had to listen to a child running back and forth all day, even into later hours at night. Complained twice to staff and all they offered to do was move my room.
