Breakfast was a nice surprise with biscuits and gravy. Good muffin and pastry selection. Helpful staff.
The dryer in the laundry didn't dry very well and it took over an hour. Things were still damp. Had to get maintenance to help stop the dry since food release button stuck.
Ice machine on second floor never had ice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. If I wasn't handicapped I would have given a much higher rating. We did not eat breakfast on site so I cannot rate that. Handicapped room was near the handicapped parking.
The handicapped access from the handicapped parking was very narrow. You had to pass the entry door and turn around to open it. I was unable to get in by myself. The handicapped shower was also impossible to use by myself. Seated, I was unable to reach the shower knobs to turn on and off or adjust the shower. I am a 5'7" woman so it wasn't because I am short. The shower hose was not long enough to reach my back. I also wasn't happy that I selected a King size bed and received two queens instead.

Room were nice, clean and not too small. Pool was great, and not very busy. Breakfast was decent, typical options you see for a hotel continental breakfast.
No elevator, hotel only has two floors, but a minor inconvenience if you have a lot of stuff and are on the second floor.

Close to our event.
The room had a really bad smoke smell, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable and no elevators.
