Somebody broke into my room in the middle of the night WITH A KEY, while I was sleeping!!!!

near Texas Women’s University and had lots of usb ports and plugs and a Roku TV

there were no shelves in the shower to put your shampoo and body wash and our smoke alarm was beeping and woke us up in the middle of the night

The rooms look like they have been remodeled. Hardwood floors, big desk to work on, big tv, & comfortable bed.

When I checked in, the clerk took a personal call and took a long time to check in because he quit working while talking. The plugs beside the bed didn’t work to charge my phone, and the bathroom plugs didn’t work so I couldn’t use the blow dryer. It took me forever to figure out that the shower pipes were opposite of what the hot and cold were on the shower faucet! I turned it all the way to hot and let it run for 10-15 minutes to warm up to shower and it was still cold! when I went to turn it off and got to the cold label, it was hot! I also asked for a downstairs room because I was in a bad wreck and have back and hip issues and I had to carry everything up the stairs with my pain increasing with every step because he said there were no downstairs rooms.

Close to shopping, and Restaurants.

It was clean. That is about it.

The fact that the have slotted metal stairs. Not dog friendly at all. I had to carry my 100+ lbs. Dog to the second floor. We called and asked for a first floor room. Straight up "NO" from the front desk. Never using this hotel again. And we go up to Denton every 2 weeks. So they have lost out on alot of money from us.

Homless people hanging out around hotel, lots of noise and sceaming on my floor! I will never stay here again!!!!
