Kate was kind and professional. Loved the coffee, hot chocolate in the hall. Safeway next door. Love the hours pool and spa

2nd floor is close to the street but so convenient.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and other attractions but quiet, clean, and good quality. The breakfast was a healthy alternative to the usual fair.

When I first arrived, I thought it would have a rustic Shakespearean type atmosphere but, it was just was old and dated. When we went to the breakfast area, as I looked out the window, I could see fingerprints and smudges all over the window. It was quite dirty. The lady that worked in the dining area was wonderful, a very nice person. Thank goodness, my wife spilled her water on the carpet. Thank goodness because the carpet was so dirty, when they cleaned it, it was probably the first time since Bill Shakespeare himself had cleaned it.
