Not a thing!

We came out for my daughter’s rodeo that was rescheduled last minute from another venue. The staff was so kind and accommodating to my mother and myself. I brought my dog. The property was perfect for him! He enjoyed getting up every morning opening our back door and walking out to a big field of grass to play in. There is even a dog station with potty bags and a trash station for collection. At the grass field was a pool and hot tub that is open until late night. There is a game area with a pool table. The beds were very comfortable, I slept well. Water pressure was great in the shower! The hotel also gave a breakfast voucher for the Denny’s next door. You are able to get a free breakfast with your stay.

There was nothing to complain about.

Charming street appeal. Loved the 2nd level balconies. Room was very attractive. Bed was super comfortable.

No negatives.

Location in between Palm Springs and Flagstaff.

For $200, rooms are dingy and outmoded. I made a mistake in my original booking and wound up having to forfeit a “no cancellation” booking and pay again when I arrived and found that my booking was in error. The manager (who never showed her face) insisted through the front desk clerk that they were powerless to fix it, and I would have to go to booking.com to appeal. In fact, I own a 5-star resort in Asia which is on booking.com, Plantation Bay, “a Real Resort with a Real Spa”, and our staff are more helpful when there is a problem with a reservation made on booking.com.
