The breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was that eggs, bacons or sausage was not offered. The motel smelled and looked clean when I entered the building. The same can be said of my room. Very quiet and comfortable.

Pool was nice, clean enough and good temps. Beds comfortable and sheets seemed clean, a bit over bleached. Staff was very nice. Breakfast assistant saw me with my two kids and let me get cereal and a yogurt even though everything was all cleaned up and put away at 9:15am.

Jets didn't work on hot tub and room smelled heavy of chlorine. Coffee maker in room didn't work and missed breakfast so needed coffee asap once checking out

There was a nice young woman who checked me in and she was very courteous....

%%⁴.the rest of my interactions with the staff was disappointing. Showed up at 255 and said i had to wait till 3. She was very rude to me and talked badly about the owners of this dump aren't paying me enough to care.

Room smelling of dog puke, dog hair everywhere, wifi didn't work, breakfast was missing many things at 8am, checking in took over 45min.

The room was not finished being cleaned. We found soap and shampoo from previous guest still in shower. The stool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. The master cleaning room key was left in room. There were spots by door where an animal had urinated and no attempt had been made to clean those up. If going to allow pets which I am ok with but need to clean any mess completely.

The sheets and bed were clean. Bathroom was also clean . The value was good.

I was expecting exactly what we got but if I have to list the dislikes this is it. Upon checking in, the customer in front of me was also checking in. I heard the clerk tell him they had a room available for him if he was okay with some lights out in his room. He replied I guess I have to be. I checked in and I had reservations for 2 rooms, one king & one double. I had asked for rooms close together . She said that they had a double on same floor as king room but asked if we would be okay to have a t.v. with no sound? We took room on 2nd floor with a working TV. Room had 4 big blackish stains in carpet. The bathroom only had 2 towels. There were 3 adults in room. We asked for 1 towel and they said they didn't have any towels. I checked again around 9 in the morning to see if towels were available. The answer was no towels available. The hotel needs to buy more towels , replace bulbs that are out & repair or replace non working tvs.
