Hotel Skyler Syracuse, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location was perfect.

Very convenient location with a parking lot. If you are visiting Syracuse University, it is the most optimum option we have stayed so far. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Even the little noises in the corridor can be heard in the rooms. If you are too sensitive to the noises, this place may not be the most optimal place for you.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff.

The staff were absolutely fantastic.

I asked for a quiet room away from any potential noise from the hospital. On the 3rd floor I then listened to frequent helicopters idling on the roof of the hospital with rotors going for 10 mins at a time. Had to check out early in the end as it was making me so anxious. If you’re not going to do daily room service then at least provide a bin of a reasonable size! I’m really not sure what the high price is for. The area is bad. The facilities are bad. The food is terrible. And there’s no cleaning whilst you stay.
