I have sent a written complaint about this facility . the room was terrible .. it had ants .. cob webs ..and dust stuck on the room walls . when we brought this to their attention , they admitted that the building had issues of ants .. they put us on another room and it was even worse . same problems like the first one . we made a video and took photos of the unhygienic contains . the front desk person said , she had raised the complainant to her manager on our day 1 stay and the hotel will refund the expense. when we showed her the video of room 2 , she said “ call booking .com .. when they will contact us we will refund the day 2 too .. I have written to you and them again and I am being ping ponged with no result . I NEED A FULL REFUND OF THE WORSR STAY EVER .

The beds seemed to be clean.

The bathroom door knob was coming off of the door. The tub/shower was old and was painted or something. There were prostitutes working the street in the evening, which I have no problem with except that it isn't family appropriate. It was very low value for a very high price over all. Very dissapointed.

Prostitutes and pan handlers all around. did not feel safe. The room smelled like stale smoke and was very old and run down.

The breakfast wasn’t a real breakfast. The orange juice tasted like a orange sugary beverage, the apple turnover wasn’t good. I don’t call this breakfast. No hot cereal or eggs or toast.

The cleaner walked into the room before I checked out. She knocked and I asked to wait because I was still dressing up - and she still walked into the room! The breakfast was a massive joke - a bottle of fruit juice and an apple pie that felt extremely sweet and unhealthy.

The street is safe. The room is clean. Breakfast provided. The staffs are nice.

It's a basic room suitable if you just need a place to stop off for the night. The staff who checked me out in the morning was friendly and helpful.

The place has bad customer service. Can not understand them. They could not give us a better roo when no one eles was really even staying there. Breakfast was just a bearclow in a wrapper 😩 room was plan and dirty. Thank God I just need a bed to sleep in. 230 was way to much for this whole in the wall place.
