Staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Didn't have breakfast.

The fact I paid $149.00 for a room that should have been a whole lot cheaper! Burn holes in the bedspreads on both beds! Room was not very clean. When I opened the door to go in I was absolutely speechless! Shocked at the price for the room!

I booked here cuz i wanted a pool n hot tub and they were not in working order...the bedding had burnholes in it...there wasnt enough towels or any of that for 2 ppl...no ashtrays for being a smoking room

Expensive for an outdated hotel

The pictures look nothing like the rooms. We checked in into our room, we were given a smoking room which was absolutely horrific. We aren’t smokers and it was unbearable. There were cigarette burns in the duvets. We checked out a couple hours later to save ourselves from the miserable stay. Do not book here.

I had to go into the helps closet to get the rooms supplies. whirl pool broken. bathroom sink broken this hotel needs updates. windimir properties should have a higher standard this hotel is not it. I spoke with manager and got a discount on my rate 15% should have been more but better than nothing. honestly I cried because I expected better I was traveling alone for a break by myself

Literally the most discussing building I’ve ever been inside of. I’d rather sleep in a ditch than a place where nothing is washed or clean. Burn holes everywhere, blood on the sheets and peoples hair all over the place. Have 30 pictures of things that are beyond unacceptable. Would go out of my way to say this place should be shut down.
