I really enjoyed the front desk staff, they were very attentive and welcoming. The gentleman that checked us in made check in very easy and he was very knowledgeable.

The property was next to a wonderful restaurant. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful.

The breakfast dining area was very small. There was no microwave in the room.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman with the short ponytail (I didn't catch his name) who checked us in. Loved the variety of breakfast foods.

Hot tub could have been hotter. (This may be a state safety regulation - I'm finding that hot tubs anywhere I stay are not as warm as they used to be, so it could well be that this is beyond the hotel's control.) I'd appreciate it if they offered more "green" amenities: have recycling bins, get rid of single-use plastic shampoo/lotion containers and styrofoam bowls.

Clean room, lots of breakfast choices, exercise room. The whole place was nicer than we expected from the photos.

I wish the restaurant could have been open for the night we wanted to eat there. The menu had items we thought we'd like.

The staff went above and beyond. From the front desk staff and spa attendant to our waitress at the Delaney House restaurant, everyone was so friendly, hospitable and accommodating!
